A gem in the middle of little italy/ pilsen

Hard wood flooring, high ceilings, lots of sunlight. Lots of dog owners, quiet, friendly streets, with many options for restaurants.

Renting allows you free entry into the outdoor pool, and indoor gym.
It has a lakeview, and upscale feeling but is conveniently located south of downtown.

Good place to live with a dog

Very pet friendly apartment. Lots of dog oweners and very social on walks. Dog parks nearby. A walk away from amazing food on every direction. Super close to great Italian food heading north on Taylor street. Heading south will get you some of the best Mexican food in Chicago. South east and your in china town for amazing dim sum.

University Commons

Great building, but maybe not that accessible to new corps members since very few people rent and most own their units. I definitely recommend living in Pilsen though!
