Allston apartment close to green line
This apartment is spacious and the rent is inexpensive compared to similar units in the area. The management company is responsive and we have not had any issues with them. The building is older, but always clean and well maintained. Coin operated laundry in the basement, with a coin machine in the laundry room. Small elevator is convenient for doing laundry and bringing in groceries. The green line T stop is right outside, and several grocery stores are within walking distance. The building doesn't have any designated parking or additional amenities.
