Affordable, nice apartment near school, stadium and bus stop
I love living at Wyndham, it's only 3 blocks from Pioneer High School and there's a bus stop right in front of my place.
The building has its own laundry room, with washer and drier machine, and I also have storage.
The management company is very responsive and there's free parking - which comes in handy since there's almost nothing around - you need to walk/drive/bus to the near supermarket. But hey, instacart is here for this, right?
Also, it's located less than a mile from the stadium, making it very convenient for game days.

I have had a completely positive experience with this management company in terms of service, facilities and personnel and would recommend it to anyone. They have options priced as low as about 1000/month and the quality is still good. Neighbors tend to be older working quiet people.

Nice, good value, bikeable from campus
It's a good price for the size, no issues, nice enough. Outside the range of student housing - mostly families live there. Easy 10 min bike ride to Ross or downtown if you're a biker. Would be a little too far to walk (~40 min).
