Springfield Apartments reviews and highlights
- management company is flexible
- very nice apartment with good fixtures
- maintenance team is very good
A perfect place for us
We live in a townhouse, but they have apartments too. They’re very nice and the property is spotless when you move in. The walls are super thick. There have been three sets of tenants living to our left since we moved in and we’ve only occasionally heard the third (because she screams (very loudly) at her children sometimes—but it’s still so rare we hear anything because you only will if you are both in certain spots of your townhouses). We’ve never heard a peep from the townhouse to our left. If you have a pet, this is a great place. There’s only a pet deposit—no pet rent. The closets are huge!! You get so much more for your money than in the Fan or other neighborhoods. Only a couple minutes from Short Pump, so you have access to all of the fantastic shopping and restaurants without the traffic. It’s about a 12 minute drive to the law school, whether by 64 or back roads. We’ve lived here all three years of law school and are so happy we did.

The community feels safe and is quiet
Management is good. Maintenance is very prompt. The community is safe and quiet. It is kid friendly. Has a pool and a gym. Only concern, they send the renewal notice a bit too close to the notice period (which is 2 months).

Quiet but Dehabilitingly Boring
It's very reasonably priced and incredibly close to work if you will be located at the East Shore, Liberty Plaza or Knolls. I can get to work (Liberty Plaza) within 5 minutes, 2.35 minutes on a good day, without going faster than 60 in my beamer. However, if you want to spend the first couple of years of your career feeling young and around young people, neither Liberty Plaza nor Short pump is where you wanna be. Just go live in The Fan or something, you will save 120 dollars every weekend on Uber rides to downtown. However, if you have a family or would like a quite, secluded environment go no further. For 1400 a month, you can get a 3 bed room apartment for yourself and create a mini-mansion.

Close to Work in Innsbrook
Close to work (15 minute drive), quiet, but have to drive everywhere to hang out with people. Close to 295, 64 in Innsbrook. Company is pretty flexible about things. Very nice apartment itself with good fixtures

Good place to consider
The Springfields Apartments is a good place to consider to livie by yourself near Capital One on a reasonable budget. I moved here after living in another place for 4 months, and I have been living here for 2 months. So far, I like it a lot. It's not so so near Capital One, but only around 15-mins drive time, and the route is easy to drive and not so much traffic. The rent here is reasonable, my place is 1-bedroom apartment, the rent is 860, but you have to pay utilities, Internet, trash, water, which is around 120. So all together, is around 1000. The thing I like it most is its location. Costco is just around the corner, it's also near to other supermarkets, short pump. The neighborhood is good, quiet at night. The management team is also good, although I have not got any maintenance prolem, I heard that their maintenance team is also very good, just call them every time you have any problem with your apartment. Overall, I like my apartment here and recommend to you.
