Great apartment
I've really enjoyed my apartment - it has updated appliances, washer/dryer, dishwasher and central heating and air. I've enjoyed my experience

1 bed / 2 baths
Ok, but expensive
pros:
- washer + dryer in-unit
- newly renovated, everyone is first tenant (at time of review)
- pretty close to grocery and a CVS
- laundry (for pay) on every floor if needed
cons:
- Walls are too thin
- too many units, only 1 elevator serving the building
- appliances aren't all that luxurious for a "luxury" apartment
- no actual patio, just a fire escape
- have to open the "patio" door to get fresh air
- not many amenities
- small units, just really not thoughtfully designed
neutral:
- not conveniently located to major subway stations, but the immediate surroundings do feel quainter as a result
-
Studio / 1 bath

Gramercy Park Reviews
Safe area (next door to the Police Academy)
Pretty quiet neighborhood (3rd ave is not too noisy)
Close to actual Gramercy Park
1mi from campus
Many restaurants/bars close by, but not noisy on a Fri/Sat night
CONS
No do-it-yourself laundry nearby (wash and fold options close)
No actual access to Gramercy Park
Closest "large" grocery stores at Union Square (Trader Joes, Whole Foods)-not a problem per se, but expect them to be very crowded most of the time
