Short walk to CHOP/PENN
Pros:
- Conveniently located a 20ish walk from campus or a quick 5-minute bus ride on a bus that comes every 10 minutes
- Spacious, top floor apartment
- Newly renovated kitchen
Cons:
- Excess ambient noise from building neighbors, movement on 23rd street, and noise from squirrels on the roof adjacent to the bedroom
- Some changes to walls; however, maintenance very responsive and quick to respond
- Situated in an older building
- Only one washer and dryer for 7 apartment tenants

That being said I did notice that most students lived on the side of the school!
There are residents without housing in the neighborhood. They're good people and new residents should be respectful of them and their belongings.
