The Broken Elevator...
Overall, Ashford Park is a great place to live. The apartments have been updated & the amenities are awesome. However, you will only get 1 parking spot per apartment, if anything breaks you'll have to wait a while to have it fixed & the elevator has been broken for a year. Also, if you don't like dogs, this isn't the place for you.
