The staff is great but there is a revolving door of employees. The concierge sometimes doesn't answer the phone. There is no guest parking. Other than that, I feel safe here, the facilities are clean, the pool is 24 hrs, and I love that the employees are super nice.

Safe and quiet

Expensive, but safest area in downtown Los Angeles. Quiet at night. Adjacent to the Broad with heavy police and museum security presence 24/7. 15 minute drive to USC.
