-No safety/ security system, no security team or doorman
-Constant fire alarms going off that all residents have learned to ignore even though we wouldn't be aware if there was an actual emergency
-People constantly allowing pets to leave waste in the building, hallways, and staircases
-Management staff (especially Crystal) is rude, unresponsive, and unprofessional, all they do is hike up prices, grab for more money, and don't do anything to make residents feel at home in their community
-No exterminations, fumigations, or cleaning of the property so there are rats, cockroaches, and needles surrounding areas of the building, and a rat was found on the inside of the pool/ mailroom area INSIDE the building!
-Broken elevators for months at a time/ non-accessible building
-No grass, no landscaping, no walkable areas, nothing pleasant/ scenic to view
-Homeless people constantly loitering/ living on premises, sleeping on discarded furniture around the building that is not promptly/adequately disposed of by management no sense of safety, comfort, or well-being
-Loud raves and parties that go on throughout the week and no system for noise issues
-No building upkeep
-Water keeps getting shut off or takes 10 minutes to get hot water
-Not all the plugs in units and areas of the building work and not all appliances are maintained once a new tenant move in, so electronic appliances (lights, fridge, dishwasher, washer/ dryer, etc. end up not working)
-No wifi/ service in most parts of the building
-Trash and recycling are not disposed of in a timely manner- hence the cockroaches and horrible stench from several parts of the building
-Not renter friendly- unable to make basic, legal rental modifications, like fixing your own leaky sink, hanging curtains, mounting a TV, or replacing the disgusting hard-water damaged shower heads with a new one
-Please do not live here if you have any other choice, this is not luxury, this is a SCAM
