Nice Interior Apartment, Short Commute
Just like every apartment in LA, there are good and bad things. The apartment itself is nice. Living downtown has its own issues (besides the high rent) that don't really apply to the apartment itself. It's only about a 15 minute commute to school which is nice but there aren't many things you would want for your life outside of school in this location. Things like Targets and grocery stores are few and far between. The management of the building is friendly but not overly helpful. The service staff is very quick on work orders if there's a problem in your apartment.

Not the Best
The building itself is nice but completely overpriced. Management will lose your packages. Would not recommend.
