Good

Property was recently remodeled so it is in pretty good condition. Management is easy to communicate with. Electricity, gas, and internet is not included but water is. Single parking spots included. No gym. Good location close to bus stop and 99 Ranch. Overall I’ve had a very good experience living here and will continue to live here.
