Cortland Viridian

Very quiet and clean. Not the best location for social activities

My wife and I and our cat live in a one-bedroom apartment in Cortland Viridian and we love it. It has great amenities, including a gym, tennis courts and a pool. It’s also not to expensive for what it offers. It is safe, conveniently-located and located in a beautiful, tree-filled area of north Decatur. It is only fifteen minutes from Emory driving. I actually drive from there to the commuter lot at the North DeKalb Mall, then take the shuttle to campus for class. I highly recommend living here.

Cortland Viridian is set on a property with a lot of trees. It is a relatively quiet place to live. The pool and gym are really nice. The management company is very responsive to maintenance requests.

My partner and I have lived at Viridian for about 3 months now, and we like it. The amount of space is great and the pool is beautiful. Management is fairly organized. There is a bit of a pest problem in the community in general, however management is working to address it and we have not had many issues with our particular unit. The complex is on both sides of North Druid Hills Rd. There is not a left turn lane in either direction when turning in to the complex so left turns can sometimes be tricky, but the complex is located at a light so it's not a deal breaker.

Good. Very good. Close to Emory. Quiet. Spacious inside. Nice appliances.

Quiet community, convenient commute to school, great facilities in and outside of the property - YMCA, library, groceries in the proximity of the property.

I would highly recommend this place, they really care about their residents and the property is very well-maintained.

It's a secure community with a gate and pretty quiet. An easy commute to campus and a lot of new amenities that were recently built. Also close to North DeKalb Mall which has a free campus shuttle.
