Prime Location with Basic Amenities
The apartment is conveniently located near the bus station, offering direct access to law school via Big Blue 1 and Big Blue 8 routes. Additionally, there are several grocery stores in close proximity. However, it's important to note that the apartment is not brand new and does not come furnished. Therefore, tenants are required to purchase their own essentials such as mattresses, beds, desks, and chairs. This might pose some challenges for international students who have just arrived. Additionally, due to the aging infrastructure, there is a possibility of encountering spiders and termites within the apartment. Although the management will arrange for pest control services to address this issue, it may take a few weeks before the pests are completely eliminated. In addition, it's worth mentioning that not every room in this apartment is equipped with air conditioning; there is only one unit located in the living room.

10905 Ohio Avenue Review
nice apartments for good value, but management super hard to reach

Decent location, wish there were other students around.
I’m only about 2 miles from Anderson so it’s a pleasant walk. The apartment building itself is fine and I like that it includes parking. The landlady isn’t really responsive but I’ve had relatively few issues so contacting her isn’t a big deal.
My biggest gripe (and surprise) is that basically no other students live around me. I’m close to food, walking distance from school, and in a quiet neighborhood so it definitely came as a surprise. Everyone is in sawtelle which is less convenient for school but if you want to be social it seems like a necessity since all happy hours are scheduled west of 405.

Great location, not so good otherwise
The location is the reason we moved in. It is a short walk to the Bruin Bus and I can easily walk to campus if I like. There are restaurants and stores nearby. We are a block from a park and a street away from residences so it is fairly calm. The building has a pool and a pathetic excuse for an exercise room, but at least it is something. The rooms are fine, nothing special. Management is fine, but slow to respond. They are a large organization with a lot of buildings, so just working the system can be difficult. It has been a good apartment for school, but would not be a good place long term.
