Solid 1BR in Rittenhouse

Great location and modern amenities in a decently spacious apartment. Lots of natural light, shared rooftop, and relatively quiet on a side street with a parking garage as a main adjacent building. The area can come across as sketchy given it is not a main street.

Solid 1BR in Rittenhouse

Solid space with updated amenities. Very quiet given the location. Some annoyances with the backup generator on the roof sounding an alarm every 48 hours for the first two months of living here but this has since been resolved. The floorplan is a bit awkward (long and narrow) but for the price and location it is solid.
