Great apartment if you have a car.
Overall great apartment but traveling to campus and the city might be difficult without a car.

Good but see the new company's management
Recently, Management Company changed from Bell to Reserve

Good, but a bit pricey
I like how safe it is, and how relatively close to campus (with access to a car). We are in between management due to property management switch but overall it is fine

Not a new build but overall great
If you are looking for a brand new build with all new appliances than this is not it. However, Bell Meadowmont is an experienced and privately owned complex that has its perks. Maintenance is extremely fast and we have had very minimal issues. The staff is very friendly and can be more flexible than other complexes. The pool is very nice if you will be here for the summer and the gym has everything one would want of a smaller sized gym.

Bell Meadowmont
Great place for MBAs who are looking to live in a more rural setting (vs. Franklin Street).

Fantastic
Wonderful complex. Clean, safe, great community. Excellent shopping center across the street including Harris teeter. Lots to do nearby. About 20ish minutes from campus.
