Good but full of undergrads
My apartment is nice, the management is helpful, and maintenance is quick. However, the undergrad community is very present. Expect to be subject to a lot of partying. However, the apartment is fairly quiet and the walls are not thin. The heat is also sometimes an issue - but you have to learn how to work with your thermostat. I have to reset mine weekly.
