Saxony
I’ve had a good experience. No major complaints about the building or management. They do regular maintenance checks. Points to note - the heat is centralized so you cant control ot for your apartment. And the kitchens dont have a exhaust system. Well maintained otherwise

Great Value, Close to Grainger
Saxony is a great budget option. There aren't many amenities, but it's close to Grainger, State Street, and downtown.

Perfect for Me
I love it here. It has everything I need, and it's only three blocks from the business school building.
The staff here is super helpful and friendly.
I don't have a car here and it has worked out well because everything I need is within walking distance-- a fresh grocery store, a haircut place, restaurants, gyms, etc.

staying at Saxony
Saxony is a great place very close to campus. The only drawbacks I can think of are the small rooms and shared washrooms and kitchen.
