Nice Apartments, but Pricey

Well-kept, clean apartments, little to no maintenance issues, if any issues come up maintenance is quick to respond. Minor security issues, some vandalism in common areas/garage. Convenient location near UW campus and transit (bus & light rail), however not much to do near by and pricey apartments.

Agusta

My apartment is part of the MFTE program, so my rent is lower than the average rent in this apartment complex. The provided amenities include a gym, basketball court, courtyard, rooftop, lounge etc. they are all very nice! The management is not very responsive over email, so you have to go in person down in the lobby since management is onsite but maintenance is very responsive. Very close to UW and other transit.

Great building close to campus but pricey

Overall great experience. Great management, clean units, no major issues. Nice gym. Close to campus and near several bus stops. Only negatives are rent and parking are expensive and package room is not well organized.

University District Reviews

11 reviews
Close to school, always people around, stuff going on, stuff open late, water and greenery and bus lines all nearby.
Easy access to everything. Close to campus. Beautiful place.
There are pretty good restaurants in the U district, a variety of grocery stores and easy access to UW.
Overall safe, but not clean.
Close to campus, but the ave gets old
very safe and a lot of food.
Good food around and very close to campus but not much else to do and not actually a very clean or scenic area
Prohibitively expensive for students, but it feels safe.
