Good Community
We are finding this place is a good choice to live in. It has very good architecture. The apartment turned out pretty good and I like the layout here. The people in the leasing office are very helpful. Its not the most high end place, but of the modest rent places, I think its pretty good.
They do have 24 hour maintenance and emergency maintenance if you flood your kitchen in the middle of the night (been there). One free covered parking is a bonus which most apartments don't seem to provide.
