Pretty Good
I live in a four bedroom four bathroom apartment with three other roommates so everyone has their own bathroom which is pretty nice. The apartments come pre-furnished and is only a ten minute walk from Chicago-Kent. It also has a gym which is small, about the size of Chicago-Kent's gym, but they each have slightly different equipment available so I find myself using both. The apartments have really big windows so there is a lot of natural light, but the downside is that a lot of city light filters in at night and the apartment is never completely dark which is something that took some getting used to, but I also think its just a part of living in a big city.

You pay for a bedroom, not the whole apartment. TL will handle rooming you with people. Great location, very safe, the apartment itself is ugly as sin but everything else makes up for that.

Cheap, Decent, with some issues
From what I have heard from fellow students, my rent ($1210/month) is the lowest amount i have heard of for any apartment that is within a reasonable walking distance to campus. That being said, I do live in a 4 bed, 4 bath. The apartment is by no means luxurious. It's barely a step up from a college dorm. Tailor Lofts has numerous different layouts, and I live in the "Monroe" layout. This layout is definitely the best one that I have seen, it has the biggest kitchen and the bedrooms are laid out in a manner that no one is really walking past anyone else's door frequently.
I don't think that I would live here if it were any more expensive. They do also have 2 bed, 2 bath and studio apartments, and the prices on those are too high for what this apartment is. The apartment is mainly inhabited by Int'l students (from India, S. Korea & China) at UIC; i know of only 2 other Kent students who live here. I also would not be happy living if my 3 roommates weren't also law students. The UIC global students are frankly pretty annoying. Despite the best efforts of management to get them to do so, they don't properly dispose of their trash down the chute, resulting in pile ups of trash in the trash rooms. Their hygiene is subpar and the hallways and elevators often smell bad. They often smoke cigarettes and Marijuana in their apartments.
I have had a lot of issues with laundry; the CSC laundry machines are overpriced at $2 per run and not reliable, often resulting in me having to spend $6-$8 every time i do laundry.
The management is very hit or miss, the receptionists that are employed here are often rude, although not all of them are.
The gym is pretty small, but not very crowded. It has 3 treadmills, a Smith machine, an elliptical, a stairmaster, a bicycle, a cable station, dumbbells, two benches, and a combination lateral/ chest press machine.
The location is really nice, honestly. It's about a 15 minute walk to campus down Adams St. It's also very close to the West Loop Mariano's, and some good restaurants like Taco Burrito King, Greek Islands, Artopolis, Tamashii Ramen, and a Subway.
There is a study room on the first floor which I have never used. There is also a small computer lab with a printer, although the printer has not been refilled with Ink in months. There is also a lounge with a pool table that is not very often used.
My biggest complaint is the fact that they make us sign in any guest at the front desk by having our guest leave their ID with the receptionist. I don't know why they do this. It's very annoying.
Overall it's not that bad. It's a perfectly fine apartment building. The apartments come furnished, which was good since I was moving here from across the country. The furniture is alright. The stoves are electric. For any incoming Kent student that is considering this place, I would strongly recommend that you find roommates who are also Kent students. The cheap price is the best part.
It's very close to the UIC-halsted blue line stop. There also no pets allowed whatsoever.
