Great location and services
The location of this building is prime and is very convenient as it's close to the CTA Redline along with many restaurants and bars. Additionally, it's right next to a grocery store which is nice. The doormen and management are very kind and responsive to all requests as well.

I love Old Town for its amazing restaurant choices. That and it is beautiful to walk through (Old Town Triangle and side streets). It is wonderful being close to the beach and walking distance to downtown. One of the things I am not particularly fond of is the "Brotastic" atmosphere at most of the bars but it goes with the territory.
Old Town is the best neighborhood in Chicago! We are situated perfectly within all the best Chicago has to offer, everything is super close and walkable, and there is so much to do! It is a historical area where you can learn more about the city's history before the Great Chicago Fire of 1871, and also grab drinks and dinner at fun restaurants!
The neighborhood could be more secure to be honest. There have been a few times where I would not want to walk alone at night--and I'm a guy that can fend for himself. I recommend having a car or an escort instead of walking alone at night. But overall its really not bad.
There are plenty of grocery stores in the neighborhood with feasible prices for the city which is nice. Additionally, there are plenty of fast food as well as restaurants in this area and a great bar scene as well. There's always something to do.
Everything you could ever want is in walking distance; such a fun area! Parking garages nearby for car storage. Lots of restaurants and bars. Right by the zoo, the beach, the city...it's just the perfect location.
Tons of bars and restaurants, and great for anyone in their 20s to 30s. Easy to walk to hair salons, nails salons, Walgreens, and the grocery store. Also, plenty of work out classes and gym close by.
Neighborhood is great, you can't beat being right on Wells in the middle of all the action. There are several great restaurants and bars to enjoy within a short walking distance.
Old town is the perfect location for me. Easy commute to the loop with the train being a five minute walk to my apartment. Great restaurants and night life too!
