My experience at 474 N Lake Shore has been great so far. The gym in the unit is one of the best for the area, the front desk staff are all wonderful, the sundeck on the 16th floor is a nice spot to hang out, and the views from my unit of lake michigan are unbeatable.

Excellent experience so far! Doorman are very friendly, tenants are great. Very quiet, good spot for people with families, pets, kids, etc, and great views from the lake side apartments. The gym doesn't have a squat rack if that matters! Highly recommend.

I think our apartment building is great! Top notch amenities, especially the fitness center. It is fully capable with a pool, which outmatches all the other apartment complexes that friends of mine live in. Everyone on staff is incredibly nice and welcoming.

I love my apartment it's so nice and the staff is very friendly! The views are also amazing! This place is in a great location and unlike other buildings in the area has fast elevators as well. I'm really enjoying my stay here and look forward to using all the building has to offer.

This apartment complex is in the middle of an update! The new clean interiors match the colorful people living here. This apartment is close to everything and makes an ideal home for all kinds of people! It is also very pet friendly and has a ton of shopping and grocery stores nearby.

This is a really nice upkept condo building very close to Navy Pier. You can see the fireworks from the deck! There's a gym, indoor pool, and all units have washer & dryers. Staff is super nice for the most part. The worst part are the tourists in the summer, which can be annoying. Being in a condo there are a lot of rules which can be stifling sometimes (no doormats allowed, etc)

Not much noise travels between units. The security is great and the front desk workers are very welcoming and personable. The location is a great spot. The floor plans are spacious and well designed. The amenities are very nice as well and the pricing is reasonable.

I really enjoy living at 474 N Lake Shore Drive. I like the security of the building with the front desk workers always making sure only those who reside in the building are let in. They are extremely welcoming and friendly to the residents. There is minimal noise between apartments, which is nice. The amenities of the building are plentiful as well. The roof top, gym, and pool are nice extras that come along with the rent.

474 LSD is a great spot. The amenities and staff are up there with the best - not to mention the views. You don't get a bad view (pick one: oak beach, navy pier, marina, city). Location is stellar (IL @ LSD). Around tons of restaurants and bars.

My apartment is small studio unit but it has a bedroom that is well separated from living area. It is well updated. Workers are very friendly. The view to navy pier is amazing. Public terrace is amazing too. It has barbecue and everything necessary. Laundry is inside the unit. Parking varies from 200 to 250 a month but it is in a building.Neighborhood is very safe and lots of bars and restaurants.
