Great for Georgetown 3rd Year
Easy access to VHC, Georgetown. Multiple routes to WHC. Off street parking included. 10 minute walk to Rosslyn Metro - great for travel in 4th year for interviews. Very responsive landlord. Only downside is shared laundry room and one bedroom is very small.

Highly recommend for anyone on a budget
I rented directly from one landlord who owned the condo and she took care of all the management issues. I lived here for 3 years and didn't have any problems. I liked that I had 2 parking spaces at no extra cost. Laundry room is in the basement. Quiet neighborhood. It's an old building. You do hear neighbors upstairs if they are loud. Condo association staff was very on top of the snow shoveling this past winter. About 15 min walk to GUTS bus at Rosslyn. Overall would recommend for those who are on a budget. Great option if you are sharing with a significant other.

Rosslyn Reviews
However, this has been a business district for ages. There is very little going on around here and many of the restaurants don’t even open on the weekends. But, that’s changing. So stay tuned!
(Also, I like living in Virginia because my vote counts for more here!)
If you have long legs, renting a bike is an option. If you are like me and 5'1'', renting a bike is an option for downhill rides.
There is a lot within walking distance in Rosslyn (think 20 min average from my apt): Barnes and Noble, shopping, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's (also on the Arlington loop shuttle from GU), public libraries, CVS, Target, Safeway, lots of restaurants.
Also close to dense populations of immigrant communities if you like Chinese, Vietnamese, Korean food.
Cons: Neighborhood shuts down after 5pm. Few restaurants in the neighborhood itself (this is getting better though). Concrete canyon effect because of the skyscrapers. Closest grocery store is an expensive Safeway.
