Love my apartment!

I absolutely love my apartment. I feel so safe. It is very affordable for how nice and stylish it is. I would love to one day own a condo in this area. Target is right down the street and i am in the middle of lincoln park, river north, and old town.

The Larrabee

The property is newer and well kept. The units are well appointed for the rent paid. The elevators are painfully slow and we have addressed this a few times. It is not usually an issue with the building having only 7 floors, but sometimes it is borderline ridiculous. The management company is by far the worst I have ever had to deal with. They are impossible to get in touch with and it will be next Christmas before they address any issue. Area is decent and on the upswing from what it used to be years ago (Cabrini Green).
