R+D 659 West Loop

It’s a little expensive but has nice apartments and a great location right in the middle of the west loop, two blocks from restaurant row. It’s a condo building, but many are then rented. Floor to ceiling windows, in unit laundry, indoor garage with one spot per unit, doorman, gym, and rooftop pool. I have a car which makes it easy to get to campus, the building is right off 90/94 and a ~20 minute drive, also a 10 minute walk to the green, blue, and pink L lines.

West loop apartment

Amazing location in a condo building, so you have to work specifically with whoever owns your unit not a general management agency. My commute is 30min by car including parking once I get to campus.

Hardwood in the living spaces, carpet in the bedrooms and floor to ceiling windows throughout. Has a dishwasher and laundry in unit. The building has a gym and pool.

Great building in West Loop

Really enjoy living in the R+D 659 in Chicago. Steps to all the great dining and nightlife in the West Loop. Small gym, but great outdoor pool and amenity space. West facing views of the sunsets are amazing. Commute to work in the Loop couldn't be easier.
