Flats Life

The Lawrence House at Flats is fantastic! It's a great community, just within the building. Although the units are small (this is intentional), there are so many common areas you feel like you have a bigger space. With a backyard, rooftop, pool, gym, lobby, bar, and cafe, this building really has it all! Small studios with a large closet and bathroom make it easy to put away nonessentials and prioritize your space. My favorite part: the attentive and friendly management and front desk!
