Love the actual unit. Not crazy about the building or management company.

We really like our apartment and general features in it. The property management company isn't very responsive to issues in shared space (grill never has gas, elevator was broken for several weeks, tiles of roof deck broken for several days). That being sad, we've renewed our lease once because we like the space, how close to transit it is and the neighborhood.
