Lovely LIC apartment

Brand new building completed in 2015. Amenities (gym and rooftop lounge) are very reasonably priced based on the size of the apartment. The only downside is the two buildings do not share amenities which may be unfair to residents in the smaller building.

Interesting neighborhood - lots of new construction and new bars and restaurants spring up all the time. Could use more food shopping options and a drug store though.

Transport links are second to none, you can be in Midtown in less than 10 minutes and it's easy to get to just about every part of Manhattan.
The building is in an excellent area. Right on the water, easy walk to multiple bars and restaurants. It is also a five minute walk to the 7 subway line.
Very safe and clean, many luxury buildings with young professionals and young families. Great views of Manhattan. Very residential - not many fast casual spots or stores, but there are good restaurants.
Quiet and calm place: meaning peaceful days, but just a few restaurants and placed to go nearby.
It's close to everything! There is always something to do.
Awesome restaurants, parks, views, commute.
