Big common areas, small bedrooms

Our ceilings are very high and the living room/kitchen are spacious and open-format, but the bedrooms are tiny lofted spaces. There's a great roof with a communal gazebo/barbeque and storage space available for an extra fee. There is an elevator which is definately a plus.
