Great Apartment

I love living at Hopkins House! The floor to ceiling windows and wraparound balconies are the reason we chose this building, but the management and safety are excellent as well. It is also very convenient to walk to the Johns Hopkins campus or shuttle.

Great location!

Hopkins House is a very convenient location for students at Johns Hopkins University who want to live off campus. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe, but close to many restaurants and shopping areas in Roland Park, Hampden, and Charles Village. Great place to live!

Good Place

I has live in this apartment from this year.

Beautiful viewing, kindly staff, reasonable rental fee most thing is good. But some thing is little bit not good. Such as so cold temperature to me at chaging season from summer to fall.

And some hard floor was suck around heating system.

Good apartment but poor management

The apartment is clean and renovated but the management is often negligent in their work.

Nice Apartment

I have been living here from this year. The staff are very friendly. My apartment has a lot of sunshine. Since most of my neighbors are JHU employee and graduate students, so the apartment is very safe and quiet. There is a good view from my apartment. there is a swimming pool.
