About Rosedale
Rosedale is a cozy residential neighborhood with a homey feel. It is one of the older neighborhoods of Austin, established in the 1930s and 40s, with tree adorned streets, highly-rated schools, parks, and local businesses and restaurants. The neighbors keep the welcoming charm of Rosedale alive. I...

The neighborhood is walk-able, quite, and calm. Location is good because of distance to large HEB, Central Market, and the Triangle shopping area. Right off of Mopac allows for easy access to the Domain and Downtown. Bull Creek turns into 38th southbound, and building is 10 minutes from campus.
The Rosedale neighborhood is safe, close to UT and downtown. Great neighborhood for runners and close to Burnet road, which is booming with restaurants.
Everything is exceptional besides that it is a neighborhood with construction going on.

I love the neighborhood. Quiet and easy parking.
There’s construction happening across the street as they build a development called The Grove. But the rest of the neighborhood is great for walking around, with lots of little Austin houses and greenery. Seems to mostly be families, and is very safe and cute.
Post West isn't in the center of Rosedale, but only a 15 minute walk to Randall's or shopping area on Burnett.rl Rosedale has a lot of character and I love not being surrounded by college students.
Area seems safe, but there is not much within walking distance and the sidewalks are very close to the road.
