great building, awesome landlord, really good location
I love this building, the rooftop is great, the super is really attentive and keeps the place pristine. The landlord could not be nicer. The location is great as well. The kitchen set up could be better, the cabinets are too small and break but other than that, the apartment is amazing. Good size bathroom, hard work floors. I see people that have pets and its looks like it works out for them as well
