Brand New Building

It is a brand new building so not much needs to be fixed but management has come same day to unclog toilets and they even left me flowers on the day I moved in. It's about 2 blocks from the L train and the B43 stops right in front. There is a great grocery right around the corner as well.

Williamsburg is a fantastic neighborhood, close to Manhattan via J/M/Z and L lines as well as having a great vibe on its own. I enjoy all the amazing restaurants, unique movie theaters, music venues, and night spots all within a 3-15 minute walk from my place. Really safe and I have never had a poor experience in the neighborhood during my roughly three years living in Williamsburg.
My neighborhood has amazing bars, concert venues, restaurants etc. Also very easy to get to work in Manhattan.
Williamsburg has everything, except for many NYU students. I love the separation of school and life.
A bit chiller than Manhattan, but there is tons to do and awesome access to the rest of the city.
Our apartment is under the BQE, which is sort of lame, but there are definitely always tradeoffs in a NY apartment. We have tons of space, and easy access to the L train which goes directly into Manhattan. Williamsburg is popular with students, the under 30 set, bargoers and hipsters.
30 mins to campus door to door, safe, kindof rowdy on the weekends but a ton to do
Williamsburg is fun, moderately cheaper, and relatively accessible to Manhattan. There are great bars, parks, restaurants, and music venues. You still need to take public transit or uber to get to most places.
Williamsburg has great restaurants and bars, and is very convenient to many places in Manhattan that are off the L. The L has become much more reliable over the past few years, but be aware that service may be suspended for an extended period of time because of Sandy repairs, I starting in late 2017 or 2018. Google it for updated info before renting in Wburg.
