Decent building w/ elevator and super, great location

The building is physically pretty nice, clean, and reasonably up-to-date. There are two elevators (which are slow) and a very helpful live-in super. Nice washing machines. The management company itself cares about their business and not so much about residents' issues. Great accessibility to Subway lines, Whole Foods, restaurants, and social scenes. Not enough power outlets or overhead lighting in my unit.

Tip: apartments facing the interior courtyard are very quiet, especially with windows closed.
