Spacious 2-bedroom in prime location

This is an amazing apartment and has been a fabulous place to live while attending Stern. Located right at the corner of 14th St and University Place, we are steps away from almost every public transit line in the city, amazing restaurants and bars, several grocery stores, farmers' markets, multiple gym options, and anything else you could ask for. It is a 10 minute walk to Washington Square Park.

The apartment itself is incredibly spacious, at almost 1000 sq. feet, with very high ceilings (12+ ft). The living space is the gem of the apartment, with lots of bright light. The kitchen is generally good, but the appliances are aged and not ideal (i.e. the oven is hard to use effectively). The bedrooms are disparate and both have pros and cons. The master bedroom has no natural light, but is significantly larger than the second bedroom, which has windows and a built in A/C. Additionally, the master bedroom has french doors opening into the living room which can be annoying when you're trying to sleep and people are in the living room making noise / with the lights on.

Overall, great location and great space!
