Solid apartment (if a little pricy)

Location is very convenient, especially for 1st semester with a lot of early classes in the morning! Management staff recently switched, and has been a bit volatile, but have not noticed a decrease in service quality

Great neighborhood

This complex is right by the Rice Village and a quick commute to UH campus. Lived here over 3 years and have no major issues with the complex.

Close to nice restaurants and grocery stories. however, the neighborhood is not the most diverse or student budget-friendly.

Very close to grocery stores- walking distance from Whole Foods, short drive to Trader Joes, Central Market and HEB!
Good restaurants nearby, close to bar scene, lots of boutique workouts nearby.

The neighborhood is very safe!! I love living here, I doubt I move. There is also a lot to do around this area! Bars, grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations, close to malls, and very close to school!
