Westmoreland Terrace Condos
It's a pretty good deal for the Rosslyn area -- only a 10-15 minute walk from the Rosslyn metro station. It is a bit older and there are no elevators so it can be a pain if you live on the top floor. Utilities except electricity is "included" but almost everything is run on electricity so it doesn't account for much. Free and ample parking space along with guest pass. The condo association management is only there 3 days a week which can be a pain if you need something right away. Free storage space comes with each unit. Pet friendly is a plus. Unfortunately no Verizon Fios at the location (only Comcast, bleh).

Rosslyn Reviews
However, this has been a business district for ages. There is very little going on around here and many of the restaurants don’t even open on the weekends. But, that’s changing. So stay tuned!
(Also, I like living in Virginia because my vote counts for more here!)
If you have long legs, renting a bike is an option. If you are like me and 5'1'', renting a bike is an option for downhill rides.
There is a lot within walking distance in Rosslyn (think 20 min average from my apt): Barnes and Noble, shopping, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's (also on the Arlington loop shuttle from GU), public libraries, CVS, Target, Safeway, lots of restaurants.
Also close to dense populations of immigrant communities if you like Chinese, Vietnamese, Korean food.
Cons: Neighborhood shuts down after 5pm. Few restaurants in the neighborhood itself (this is getting better though). Concrete canyon effect because of the skyscrapers. Closest grocery store is an expensive Safeway.
