Mount Ridge Catonsville Apartments
The apartments are in decent condition and have been recently remodeled; safe and quiet area with free street & parking lot parking. The maintenance staff is not consistent in fixing issues in the apartment. Outside heating unit was broken & had to bring in an outside HVAC company to come fix it because the maintenance staff repeatedly said there was no issue. I will say they are very efficient time wise when fixing problems inside of the apartment (changing light bulbs, fixing washer/dryer, unclogging drains).
