It's fine.

It's fine for what it is. I wouldn't have taken it if there hadn't been a rent special. The building is nice enough and there's a coffee shop on the bottom floor. The roof views are amazing, but for some reason the roof is infested with these flying ant type things that make it uncomfortable to be up there.
