Nice Spot ~ 1.6 mi from campus
The apartment has very high ceilings and is very spacious. When I leased, it had a good sq ft to $ ratio and I am very pleased with it. A parking ramp is attached so you can park on your floor. Management is communicative, although some projects take long to finish. They have a Wi-Fi lounge, pool, pool table, smaller gym (smith machine), grills, fire pit, and a gated dog park/wash off station.

Great pool and view
Overall the building is really nice. It’s only a 5 minute drive from campus. It’s a good alternative to living right in midtown. It’s very quiet and many of the apartments have amazing views of the city. The pool area is what really sets this apartment building apart.

Expensive, but worth it
I recently moved into this property and have been living here for about two months. In my time here, I've enjoyed it. The property is expensive but I was able to get a good deal since I moved during a non-high turnover season.
I did have issues when I moved in because I was given inconsistent information about the internet set up by the property and the different internet providers. That was very frustrating and I had to deal with the manager. The manager has since changed.
I also dislike that sound travels VERY easily. Because the units are wood floors and not carpeted, you can hear your neighbors upstairs.
Also, the building is currently having water pressure issues because the building next to it is under construction. Since there's a shared water pipe, it messes with the pressure in the apartment building. As a result, my ice maker and built in water dispenser do not work. The water pressure in the shower is also low.
There are many things I like about the unit. I like the maintenance. They are very nice and responsive. I needed my toilet fixed and shower head fixed and they came the next day. I also love the high ceilings (10 feet+ and some units are even higher) and the giant double door fridge. I also have an island with so much storage. I am in a studio but the spacious layout makes it feel not at all like a studio. The management is also okay with you putting holes in the walls as long as it's smaller than a quarter. So it is possible to decorate and make things homey.
I love the community amenities. The pool is laid out very nicely. There are lots of pool chairs and they are very comfortable. There are no umbrellas (which is a con) but due to the layout of the building, half the chairs are consistently shaded and the other half consistently sunny. There are also firepits and grills which are lovely. I also love the community events such as wine night (with great dinner) and brunch. The food is always delicious. The coworking spaces are also great. There's space on the first and fifth floor to do work or eat. People will often bring dinner into community spaces.
There is a gate controlled parking garage. There have been break ins reported. I appreciate that the community is transparent about these break ins when they do happen. It is only $25 a year for general gate controlled parking or $50 for a reserved spot. I have never had issues finding a general parking spot.
Overall, I enjoy the property. I can only live here because I got a good deal. It is definitely expensive, but it is worth it for the quality of life benefits.

Great community - not the best management
I lived here for two years, choosing to stay mainly because of the location and community I built within the building (mainly from the dog park). Security is an issue within the garage and cars getting broken into, and with packages being stolen from the package room. They got cameras a few months ago but management is still lacking in open communication to residents about security ongoings.
