Great apartment

Very Cozy, Luxury Feel
The Susanne is a great apartment complex. It sits directly across the road from an HEB, which is a huge benefit. The amenities are great, the apartments are spacious and well-built, and the area is perfect. You are a 5-minute drive from campus and also a 10-minute walk away from the Montrose restaurant and bar scene.

Great Apartment
Great apartment with very friendly (but sometimes unresponsive) management. Enjoyable pool and gym frequently used by residents.

This is my first year lease
The apt complex is just across the street from HEB, which is a huge advantage. The neighborhood is safe. Walking distance to cafe shops and restaurants. The parking garage is gated. You have a assigned parking spot. Management is very responsive. About 15-20 mins from law school. Only downside is the price but it's reasonable for benefits listed above.
