Good deal for the buck (low-income discount)
Great location for a family. Immediate proximity to the Hermann Park, lots of museums. Very close to Rice (25 min walk / 10 min drive to McNair Hall). The apartment complex is also close to a good elementary school, a couple of grocery stores, pharmacies, etc.
Inside, the units are of good quality. The amenities are not super well maintained. However, with a low-income discount, the deal was too good to pass on.

Circle at Hermann Park
Overall apartment complex is good for it's price, but occasionally we experience issues with various bugs which requires systematic pest control requests.

Location.
Great location, responsive maintenance, noise level depends on unit location, nice amenities. Not a fan of the Fetch 3rd party package service.

Great Management But Loud Location
The apartment management was great - very responsive, and took care of issues quickly. But the location of the apartment (corner of Hermann Dr. and Almeda Rd.) was very loud, particularly at night. Drivers raced motorcycles and loud cars throughout the night almost every night, making it difficult to sleep.

Worth it
Yes the apartment may be pricey but it’s worth it. It has a bunch of amenities and the location is great. It’s located about 10min. from school and is right next to Hermann park. It has a nice area to study in on the first floor. It also has 2 pools, 2 gyms, and a dog park. They have a garage here with 6 floors so I never have trouble finding parking. Once a month they host an apartment party in one of their cafes where they cook and give out free food and drinks. All the staff are super nice. I’ve never had problems with neighbors and I’ve always felt safe here.

A+ location, safe complex
The Amalfi is safe, clean, and centrally located next to Hermann Park, Med Center, and most major highways. Maintenance responds quickly, no issues with management.
