High-end new building in central location
Management is spotty as the building is still trying to establish itself. But the apartments are beautiful and brand new (building opened in 2017), furnished with high-end appliances, in-unit washer/dryers, marble counters in the bathrooms, central air, beautiful common roof deck with grill and city views, common gym and lounge area in the basement. Apartment sizes are average for Manhattan. Location is 3 blocks from the 6 train, only half a block from NYU bus shuttle routes E and F, or 25 minute walk to NYU campus.
