Right on the Border of Montgomery County
Wooden Floors, elevator, no microwave or garbage disposal. Maintenance requests are normally done same day. Power has gone out a couple of times but it's due to PECO not building. The walls are thick and sometimes wifi does not reach the whole apartment. We had issues with mice and found 1 cockroach. There are drain flies. The heater is controlled by building so sometimes it gets really hot. But I have liked my experience in the building.
