Sagewood Village

My husband and I have loved living at SageWood Village! The Alliance area is a great spot to live in, and we are within minutes of almost any shopping or restaurant you could want. The apartments themselves are well built, and the amenities are great. The staff here keeps the area very clean and well kept, and the other residents are respectful and good neighbors. Management is good and reasonable, and the rate is reasonable for the size and quality of the apartment itself. It is a family-friendly and pet friendly area, and has felt very safe for the year and a half that we’ve lived here. It is also the quietest apartment I have ever lived in. Great place to live in Fort Worth!

My husband and I have really enjoyed living at SageWood Village. Although it’s about a 25 - 30 minute drive to downtown Fort Worth, it’s near a lot of really great shopping and restaurants, and great walking paths as well. The apartments are quiet, and it’s set off enough from roads to be quite peaceful. The apartments themselves are clean and updated, with modern appliances and good quality materials. The pool is awesome, the gym is pretty good, and we love it!

My husband and I absolutely love living at SageWood Village! It’s a very family-friendly and quiet environment with great amenities and a wonderful front desk staff. The apartments themselves are clean, well-designed, spacious, and modern. The apartments are very close to a lake with a great walking path, and less than 2 minutes from Alliance Town Center and Presidio Center, both great shopping areas! The only downsides are that there are no elevators, and to get to downtown Fort Worth, it’s a 20 to 30 minute drive depending on traffic.
