Miramar

Great place to live near Logan circle. Is 25-30 minute walk to school, lots of scooters and bikes always around for commute.

Building is clean and management is easy to reach. No frills, but is a good value for the location.

Amazing place in a great location

Overall, love it! The place is spacious for a studio and priced well. Near all of the best bars and restaurants on 14th street and just a short walk from DuPont Circle and City Center. I would highly recommend for anyone looking to move to the area.

Great location, eh management, eh value.

I've lived here for two years. The management usually gets things done with in the week, but sometimes you have to be a little persistent. I think the location is great, I'm within walking distance to the bars, Whole Foods, various gyms/boutique fitness places, and a number of metro stations. In regards to metro, my best bet is Farragut North or Dupont on red and McPherson on blue. About a 10-15 minute walk to both. I go to school at GW and work in Judiciary Square, and it's a 30 minute walk to both. In terms of safety I feel really safe in my building. You need a FOB to get in and the residents will normally not let you in if they don't recognize you. The amenities aren't great but you're really paying for location here.

Love my apartment

I have lived here for many years and have never had any major problems. Management/maintenance is quick to respond and the recently renovated roof deck is quite nice. However, this building lacks a pool and, most importantly, a front desk. The Logan Circle location makes up for any shortcomings.

Logan Circle Reviews

Logan Circle is the perfect location! It's close to 14th St and P St and the up and coming Shaw neighborhood so you have tons of restaurants, gyms and shops in walking distance. You're also walking distance to U st, Dupont, downtown (Farragut), Metro Center and Chinatown so you are ideally located - can get to any metro line in 10-20 minutes walking.
I think this is the best location if you want to be in DC and work in McLean. Unfortunately, having to be close to the Silver line somewhat limits where you can live in DC (unless you want to transfer metro lines). While my commute could still take up to an hour, I think it is worth it because Logan Circle has so many great restaurants and bars. Also, I can very easily walk to a ton of other neighborhoods (Dupont, Shaw, etc.)
This part of town has gentrified drastically in a short amount of time. That comes with the good and the bad. There are so many developments going up that it has misplaced the communities that once lived here. However, there are still hip old tropes of those communities up and down U St and 14th St. Ethiopian dive restaurants, to great music clubs, and a safe, lively gay scene, this is a booming part of town.
Walking distance to several metro lines and going-out areas.
Logan Circle is my favorite neighborhood in DC for living and leisure. I have every type of grocery store within a 5 minute walk from my apartment, multiple gyms, and most of my favorite bars and restaurants.
Its is a fairly nice neighborhood with a lot of families. It is quiet and doesn't have almost any criminal activity. It is a great place to start a family
All you need is close by or within walking distance or a quick Uber. Good variety of restaurants and bars. Parks nearby and safe location.
Lots of restaurants, grocery stores, bars, and fun things to do. Not the cheapest place to live but a great spot to be in.
