Excellent apartment building
1. DuPont is amazing … by far , the best neighborhood to live in DC
2. The Drake is extremely safe , amenities are amazing, there’s a lot of young people so you feel safe
3. The staff is great and as an international student being here by myself it was so important to have people around me I can trust

Great new apartment in excellent location
Location is incredible. amazing restaurants on 17th and very close to 14th. Whole Foods, Safeway within 10 mins walking distance. Relatively new apartment with a really good communal lounge space and small but functional gym. Very quiet and respectful neighbors

LOVE
The best place to live. Everything is perfect. The management is sooo nice. Brian is the best! They are very attentive to fix things in your unit. The "penthouse" (gym, conference room, tv area, outdoor patio) is great especially now to do homework and relax. Im a huge fan. Also im right on 17th street -- by far the best street in DC. Lots of restaurants so fun.

Great location, beautiful apartments that are clean, no pets allowed, is a luxury apartment building with reasonable price given the location and amenities.

Best apt I've lived in
Apartments are very nice, good size for one person. Management responds to any issues extremely quickly (usually within hours), though there rarely are any. Property is very safe and secure - the security guard on site knows every resident. Walls are pretty thick - I very rarely hear my neighbors. Building is pretty new, so everything is in good shape. Some apartments, including mine, have floor to ceiling corner windows, which make the apartments very bright and feel much larger than they are. Tons of storage space. Great area for young people to live in (bars, restaurants, public transport, etc.).

Great building, location, management
The Drake is a phenomenal building. The entire building is basically brand new, and each apartment has modern appliances and furnishings. The common areas, including a gym, study room, rooftop, and lounge are fantastic. The management team works very hard and does a great job maintaining the building.
