Good Value and Location!
I commute to Center City daily for school and its right on SEPTAs 27 route - so convenient! Also a short drive to shopping centers, restaurants, etc. The gym is small, clean, and nice. My only complaint is the property manager can be short/cranky.

A great place to live
If you a person who needs a little bit of quiet in your city living, this is the place for you. It has a suburban feel while still offering everything Philly. The only downfall is if you get home late, the parking lot may be full, and you will have to park on the street.
