Wellspring Aparments
My experience at Wellspring Apartments has been generally positive. It is an older apartment complex, but management does a good job at addressing the resident's concerns in a timely manner. I love the covered balconies and all of the older trees. The front office staff is available throughout the week, as well as Saturdays. The security of packages is really well managed. Overall, I feel very safe in my neighborhood. The mall is right down the road which makes it easy to quickly pick up anything you may need. There is generally only light traffic to campus around 8:30 am and traffic coming home around 5:00pm. Between those times, it is an easy 16 minute drive to my classes in 2 Medical Park.
