I have loved living at 2800 Ontario Rd! It is in the best location, has beautiful charm and character, has the greatest resident manager, and is a wonderful community! The building is full of quiet, respectful and charming residents. The neighborhood is beautiful and so close to great running trails.

The rent is very reasonable here and we have a ton of space. Many of the bedrooms have walk in closets. The living rooms and dining room areas are huge.

If you have a 2-bedroom, you could probably turn it easily into a three bedroom if you are trying to save money

I like the Wellington, but wish I could pick it up and move it closer to the metro. There is a shuttle to the metro though and the driver Abe is great! The kitchen is kind of renovated and the bathroom is nothing too special. The pool is really nice and big. The management company is ok and the maintenance crew is responsive during business hours.

We have the sweetest resident manager and the apartment is a good value. The location is really convenient: a block from Safeway, close to Columbia Heights and Woodley metros, and several bus lines. Its also rent controlled! A minor thing that could be better: laundry is only open from 6:30AM to 9:30 PM.
